Description
The project was developed by Endesa Cogeneracion Y Renovables (Ecyr) and is currently owned by Endesa Generacion with a stake of 100%.
Eume Gr is a reservoir based project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 125 million cubic meter. The project generated 258.68 GWh of electricity.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in 1960.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to ENDESA Distribucion Electrica under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
Boving Engineering Libya was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 2 units of francis turbines, each with 27.2MW nameplate capacity.
GE Renewable Energy supplied electric generator(s) for the project.
