The top issuers of contracts for the month in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:

  1. Hellenic Petroleum (Greece): 204MW from one contract
  2. Novartis (Switzerland): 198MW from three contracts
  3. Luxcara (Germany): 172MW capacity from one contract.
