Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Europe region in Q2 2021 with 88 tenders and a 26.3% share, followed by T&D Project with 84 tenders and a 25.1% share and T&D Equipment with 74 tenders and a 22.1% share during the quarter.
The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Supply & Erection: 68 tenders and a 91.9% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: four tenders and a 5.4% share
- Project Implementation: two tenders and a 2.7% share.

Looking at T&D equipment tenders by the type of technology in the Europe region, wind accounted for two tenders with a 66.7% share, followed by ocean power with one tender and a 33.3% share.
