The project was developed by Devon Wind Power and is currently owned by ESB International.

The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 91,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $155.694m.

ESB International was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.

Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 22 units of V90-3.0 MW turbines, each with 3MW nameplate capacity.

ESB International and Vestas Wind Systems were contracted to render operations & maintenance services for the project.

Devon Wind Power owns the Fullabrook Wind Farm, which is situated between Barnstaple and Ilfracombe in North Devon. Fullabrook Wind Farm consists of 22 turbines of each of up to 3 MW capacity, giving a total installed capacity of 66 MW. It is also estimated that once it is operational, the wind farm will provide sufficient electricity for nearly 30,000 domestic consumers. Fullabrook Wind Farm was granted planning permission in October 2007. The construction is scheduled to begin in 2010 and the wind farm is expected to be operational during 2011. The company is headquartered in St. Albans, UK.
