The project was developed by Prayatna Developers. The project is co-owned by Adani Green Energy and Total Solar Singapore, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 91,716t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $39.7m.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to NTPC under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.071kWh for a period of 25.00 years, starting from 2017.
