Description

The project was developed by Acciona Energia and is currently owned by Acciona Energia Internacional.

The project generates 137,006MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 23,250 households, offsetting 162,750t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $157.21m.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Origin Energy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 8 years. The contracted capacity is 46.5MW.

Contractors Involved

Nordex was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 31 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
