Description
Harelbeke Biomass Power Project is a combined heat and power (CHP) project. Oil waste which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
The project consists of 1 turbine with 3.6MW nameplate capacity.

The project got commissioned in 2005.
Contractors Involved
MAN Energy Solutions was selected as the engine supplier for the project. The company provided 8 units of 14V52/55 engines.
