The project was developed by Ekim Elektrik Muhendislik Musavirlik Insaat Turizm ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi, Kivanc Enerji Elektrik Uretim and RES Anatolia Holding. The project is currently owned by Ekim Elektrik Muhendislik Musavirlik Insaat Turizm ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi.
