The project was developed by Chongli Construction Investment Huashi Wind Energy and is currently owned by China Suntien Green Energy.

Hebei Chongli Jiaocheshan Wind Farm (Hebei Chongli Jiaocheshan Wind Farm IA) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V52-850 kW turbines. The phase consists of 41 turbines with 0.85MW nameplate capacity.

Hebei Chongli Jiaocheshan Wind Farm (Hebei Chongli Jiaocheshan Wind Farm IB) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V60-850 kW turbines. The phase consists of 17 turbines with 0.85MW nameplate capacity.
