The project is developed and owned by Hebei Construction Investment Zhangjiakou Wind Energy.
The project generates 67,320MWh electricity thereby offsetting 68,754t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $45.288m.

Contractors Involved
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 36 units of G52-850 kW turbines, each with 0.85MW nameplate capacity.
