Description
The project is developed and owned by Huaneng Heilongjiang Power Generation.
The project generates 560,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 330,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $214.046m.
The wind power project consists of 64 turbines, each with 3.2MW nameplate capacity.
