The project is being developed by Elstree Green. Cero Generation and Enso Energy are currently owning the project.

Hilfield Solar Farm is a ground-mounted solar project.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 16,000 households, to offset 25,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $45.658m.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2024.
