The project is currently owned by R.K.Powergen Private.
The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 63,906t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in January 2004.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Karnataka Power Transmission under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
NTPC is the O&M contractor for the project.
