Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Empresa Electrica de Guatemala under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years.

Grupo Ortiz was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

JA Solar Holdings was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the Horus Solar PV Park (Horus I Solar PV Park). The company installed 187,360 modules at the site.

JA Solar Holdings was selected as the supplier of PV modules for the Horus Solar PV Park (Horus II Solar PV Park).

The inverters were procured from Green Power Technologies for the project.

The project is utilising single axis trackers supplied by Solar Steel Gonvarri Industries.

Grupo Ortiz is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project for a period of 3 years.
