China Huadian Engineering and SEPCO Electric Power Construction were selected to render EPC services for the coal fired power project.

Huadian Luohe Cogeneration Plant (Huadian Luohe Cogeneration Plant Unit I) is equipped with Shanghai Turbine steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 330MW nameplate capacity.

Huadian Luohe Cogeneration Plant (Huadian Luohe Cogeneration Plant Unit II) is equipped with Shanghai Turbine steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 330MW nameplate capacity.

Shanghai Electric Group supplied electric generator for the Huadian Luohe Cogeneration Plant (Huadian Luohe Cogeneration Plant Unit I).

Shanghai Electric Group supplied electric generator for the Huadian Luohe Cogeneration Plant (Huadian Luohe Cogeneration Plant Unit II).
