Description
Huaneng Power International and Hunan XiangTou International Investment are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 55% and 45% respectively.
It is a steam turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Datong in Shanxi Province.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in September 1991.

The power generated from the project is sold to State Grid Hunan Electric Power under a power purchase agreement.
