The project is currently owned by PacifiCorp.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is bituminous. In case of shortage of bituminous the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Deer Creek Mine.

The project generated 5,725,668MWh of electricity.
