Ilisu is a 1,200MW hydro power project. It is located on Tigris river/basin in Mardin, Turkey. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. The project construction commenced in 2007 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in 2020.

The project is developed and owned by General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 10,600 million cubic meter. The gross head and net head of the project are 120m and 110m respectively. The penstock diameter is 10m. The project generated 4,100 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $2,451.49m.

Andritz Hydro was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 6 units of francis turbines, each with 200MW nameplate capacity.
