The project is developed and owned by Longyuan Hulunbeier Wind Power.
The project generates 122,400MWh electricity thereby offsetting 125,827t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $68.211m.

Contractors Involved
GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 33 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
