The project was developed by Huaneng Tongliao Wind Power.
The project generates 106,300MWh electricity thereby offsetting 109,266t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $71.94m.

Contractors Involved
Dongfang Electric was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 33 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
