Description
The project is developed and owned by Engie Energia Peru. The company has a stake of 100%.
Intipampa Solar PV Project is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 322 hectares.
The project generates 122GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 90,000 households, offsetting 51,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $52m.

The project construction commenced in 2016 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in March 2018.
Contractors Involved
Solairedirect was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
JinkoSolar Holding was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 138,120 modules each with 330W of nameplate capacity.
Gamesa Electric supplied 18 of its E-2.25 MVA-SB-I inverters to the project site.
The project is utilising horizontal single axis trackers supplied by Solar Steel Gonvarri Industries.
