The project is being developed by Korea Southern Power, PT PP Energi and PT. Indonesia Power. These companies also have ownership stakes in the project.
It is a steam turbine power plant.
The thermal power project will consists of 4 turbines each with 300 MW nameplate capacity.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2022.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the Jambi Mine Mouth Power Plant (Jambi Mine Mouth Power Plant Phase II) will be sold to China Huadian under a power purchase agreement.
