Description

The project was developed by ReNew Power and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.

The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 162,514t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The Jath_Renew (Jath_Renew I), has 65m high towers.

The Jath_Renew (Jath_Renew II), has 90m high towers.

Development Status

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in June 2013.

Contractors Involved

Jath_Renew (Jath_Renew I) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy G58-850 kW turbines. The phase consists of 29 turbines with 0.85MW nameplate capacity.

Jath_Renew (Jath_Renew II) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy G97-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 30 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 10 years.
