The project was developed by Rudong Hefeng Offshore Wind Power and Shanghai Electric Power. The project is currently owned by Shanghai Electric Power with a stake of 57%.
The wind turbines in the project are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the project.

Contractors Involved
East China Survey and Design Institute, Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology and Shanghai Electric Power were selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.
Shanghai Electric Wind Power Equipment was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 100 units of SWT-4.0-146 turbines, each with 4MW nameplate capacity.
