Description
The project was developed by Jilin Licheng Xiehe Wind Power and is currently owned by Concord New Energy Group with a stake of 49%.
The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 98,094t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $68.211m.

Contractors Involved
Sinovel Wind Group was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 33 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
