Description
The project is currently owned by Abu Dhabi National Energy with a stake of 25% and National Power.
It is a Gas Turbine with Cogen power plant. The fuel is procured from Saudi Aramco.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in June 2005.
Contractors Involved
Siemens was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
Siemens was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 2 units of SGT6-3000E gas turbines.
Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction supplied steam boiler for the project.
