It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Heavy Fuel Oil.

The project generated 2,928,000MWh of electricity.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in 1980.

Doosan Skoda Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company supplied K110-130 model steam turbines for the project.

Doosan Skoda Power supplied H 9644840/2 HeH electric generator for the project.

Doosan Skoda Power supplied steam boiler for the project.
