The project was developed by Soleq Solar (Thailand). Soleq Solar (Thailand) and Prime Road Power are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 70% and 30% respectively.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Provincial Electricity Authority under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.25kWh for a period of 25.00 years, starting from 2014.
