Karadeniz Powership Osman Khan – Ghana is a 470MW gas fired power project. It is located in Western, Ghana. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in November 2019.

The project is developed and owned by Karpowership. The company has a stake of 100%.
It is a Combined Cycle Internal Combustion Plant (CCICP) power plant. The fuel is procured from Atuabo Ghana Gas Processing Plant.
The project cost is $786.526m.
The project got commissioned in November 2019.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Electricity Company of Ghana under a power purchase agreement for a period of 10 years from 2015. The contracted capacity is 450MW.
The Gas fired project have been supplied by Triveni Turbine and Wartsila.
