The project is expected to generate 3,300GWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 500,000 households. The project is expected to offset 3,500,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $1,350m.
The wind power project consists of 157 turbines.
The project will have 174.5m high towers.
