The project was developed by Ecopower International and Evelop International. The project is currently owned by Allianz Global Investors with a stake of 100%.

The project generates 115,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 35,000 households, offsetting 57,500t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 22 units of V80-2.0 MW turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Deutsche Windtechnik is the O&M contractor for the wind power project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2018, for a period of 10 years.
