The project is currently owned by Natsionalna Elektricheska Kompania.
Krichim is a reservoir based project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 20.26 million cubic meter. The gross head of the project is 172m. The project generated 256 GWh of electricity.
The hydro power project consists of 2 turbines, each with 40MW nameplate capacity.
