The project is developed and owned by Bakir Enerji Elektrik Uretim.
The project generates 133GWh electricity thereby offsetting 83,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $63.648m.
The Tubular Steel towers installed at the project site are 106m high.

Contractors Involved
Nordex was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 10 units of N117/3600 turbines, each with 3.6MW nameplate capacity.
Nordex is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 5 years.
