Description

The project is developed and owned by Kyocera TCL Solar.

Kyocera Hagi Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 1 km².

The project generates 23,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 7,730 households. The project cost is $44.339m.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in December 2017.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to The Chugoku Electric Power under a power purchase agreement.

Contractors Involved

Yonden Engineering was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

Kyocera was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 78,144 modules each with 270W of nameplate capacity.

Kyocera is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project, commencing from the year 2017.
