The project was developed by Acciona Energy North America and Cielo Wind Power. The project is currently owned by Acciona Energy North America with a stake of 100%.

The project generates 650GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 62,500 households, offsetting 420,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $305.613m.

The Tubular Steel towers installed at the project site are 90m high.
