Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Lalitpur Power Generation.
It is a steam turbine power plant. The fuel will be procured from Coal India Limited.
The project cost is expected to be around $2,066.54m.
The Coal fired project consists of 3 steam turbines, each with 1,980MW nameplate capacity.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2021.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission under a power purchase agreement.
