The project is developed and owned by Kaiyuan Liaoneng Wind Power.
The project generates 107,651MWh electricity thereby offsetting 110,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $75.488m.

Contractors Involved
Nordex was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 33 units of S77 (1.5 MW) turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
