Description
The project was developed by Fuxin Huashun WindPower. Liaoning Shenhua Holdings and Concord New Energy Group are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50% and 49% respectively.
The project generates 105,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 107,236t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in 2009.

Liaoning Xidayingzi Fuxin huashun Wind Farm Project (Liaoning Xidayingzi Fuxin huashun Wind Farm Project IB) is equipped with Dongfang Electric turbines. The phase consists of 8 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
