Description
The project was developed by Fuxin Julonghu WindPower. China Energy Investment and Concord New Energy Group are currently owning the project.
The project generates 104,115MWh electricity thereby offsetting 107,033t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $76.725m.

Contractors Involved
Dongfang Electric was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 33 units of FD82B turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
