Description

The project was developed by Sinohydro and is currently owned by State Power Investment.

The hydro reservoir capacity is 1,650 million cubic meter. The gross head of the project is 165m. The project cost is $1,115.9m.

Contractors Involved

Dongfang Turbine was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 5 units of francis turbines, each with 400MW nameplate capacity.
