The project is developed and owned by Zijin County East River Fengguang Likou Power Plant Development.
Likou is a run-of-river project. The net head of the project is 6.7m. The project generated 264 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $88.67m.
The hydro power project consists of 4 turbines, each with 17MW nameplate capacity.
