Description
The project is being developed by Evngenco 3, General Electric International, Mitsubishi, Pacific Group and Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Zone. These companies also have ownership stakes in the project.
It is a combined cycle gas turbine (ccgt) power plant. The fuel will be procured from long son lng terminal.
The project will generate 21,000MWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $3,780m.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2025.
Contractors Involved
GE Power will be the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project.
