The project is co-owned by GenTex Power and Lower Colorado River Authority, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel is procured from ETC Texas Pipeline / LCRA 50/50 line Enterprise Texas.
The project generated 3,184,285MWh of electricity.
The project got commissioned in May 2001.
The Gas fired project have been supplied by Siemens and Toshiba Energy Systems and Solutions.
Toshiba Energy Systems and Solutions supplied electric generator for the project.
