Lukoml SDPP Combined Cycle Power Plant is a 425MW gas fired power project. It is located in Vitebsk, Belarus. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in May 2014.

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Diesel.
The project cost is $500m.
The project got commissioned in May 2014.
China Machinery Engineering was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
Siemens was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 1 steam turbine with 140MW nameplate capacity.
Siemens was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 1 unit of SGT5-4000F gas turbine with 285MW nameplate capacity.
Siemens supplied electric generator for the project.
