The power generated from the Maamba Thermal Power Plant (Maamba Thermal Power Plant Phase I Unit I) is sold to ZESCO under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.

The power generated from the Maamba Thermal Power Plant (Maamba Thermal Power Plant Phase I Unit II) is sold to ZESCO under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.

PowerChina Nuclear Engineering was selected to render EPC services for the Maamba Thermal Power Plant (Maamba Thermal Power Plant Phase I Unit II) project.

Nava Bharat (Singapore) is the O&M contractor for the Maamba Thermal Power Plant (Maamba Thermal Power Plant Phase I Unit I).
