Description

The project is currently owned by FAJR Petrochemical.

It is a Gas Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is gas. In case of shortage of gas the plant can also run on Diesel.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in October 2009.

Mahshahr Fajr Power Plant II (Mahshahr Fajr Power Plant II Phase I) is equipped with MAPNA Turbine Engineering & Manufacturing MGT-70 gas turbines. The phase consists of 2 gas turbines.

MAPNA Generator Engineering & Manufacturing supplied electric generator for the Mahshahr Fajr Power Plant II (Mahshahr Fajr Power Plant II Phase I).

MAPNA Generator Engineering & Manufacturing supplied electric generator for the Mahshahr Fajr Power Plant II (Mahshahr Fajr Power Plant II phase II).

Mapna Boiler and Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing supplied steam boiler for the project.
