The project is being developed and currently owned by Limes 17.
Marcanzotta Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 192 hectares.
The project is expected to generate 167,450MWh electricity to offset 82,217t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $67.894m.
Development Status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.
Contractors Involved
LONGi Solar Technology will be the supplier of the PV modules for the solar power project. The company is expected to supply modules with rated capacity of 435W.
SMA Solar Technology is likely to be the supplier of its Sunny Central 1500 inverters to the project site.
