Description
The project is currently owned by Hoosier Energy Rural Electric Cooperative with a stake of 100%.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is bituminous. In case of shortage of bituminous the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Southwestern Indiana Mines.
The project generated 5,842,681MWh of electricity. The project cost is $850m.
