The project is developed and owned by Enel Green Power Romania. The company has a stake of 100%.
The project generates 130,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 70,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 21 units of SWT-2.3-101 turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
