Description
The project is currently owned by Mondi Syktyvkar.
It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is gas. In case of shortage of gas the plant can also run on Fuel Oil. The project underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2020.

The project got commissioned in June 1966.

NPO Elsib supplied TVF-60-2, Hydrogen Cooled electric generator for the project.
Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik supplied steam boiler for the project.
